What you can do for us:
o Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
o Problem Identification/Analysis & Reporting
o Provide supervision to develop customer service representative's skills in order to achieve operational and organizational objectives. General customer service and support to customers.
o Manage third party vendor relationship and service level agreement to ensure quality customer service
o Monitor customer service representatives to ensure quality customer service.
o Conducting monthly 1on1 session with supervisors/ customer service executive ,discussing the progress and performance of each individual.
o Keep a record of client KPIs and team’s performance against the KPIs.
o Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
o Discover training needs and provide coaching.
o Good knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, and Power-point.
Your Qualifications:
o Excellent in English communication (verbal and written)
o Client Facing experience with strong people management skills
o Good understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (US Medical Billing) Provider/Hospital
o Overall 6 years of experience , Minimum 2 Years experience as SME / Team Coach in the same Industry.
o Expertise with MS office.
