Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Account Management for large value Key Accounts, acting as a complete business owner for the overall growth & success of the assigned accounts on the platform
- Define a strategic growth plan for the client's increased sales & investments on the 1mg platform, along with end-to-end management of the same
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive the means to growth for the Key Accounts
- Go deep into understanding what customer wants, how can be worked out from scratch, and drive complete ownership of delivering results. This will include working with product, marketing, and supply-chain teams
- Drive vendor initiatives in terms of new supply acquisition, sales, and platform monetization, coordinating with relevant stakeholders across regional levels
- Work with planning and procurement teams to drive selection and in-stock targets
Eligibility Criteria :
- A background of 3-5 years in managing high-value accounts or category management is required, with prior experience in healthcare being advantageous but not obligatory
- Experience in driving sales for vendors & customers, in a retail or b2c setup
- Self-motivated, ability to manage ambiguity and scale up things from level zero
- Experience in defining & driving salable Product solutions for an e-commerce platform would be a big advantage
- Excellent analytical and solution skills
