AddressThe Systems Engineer Retail role requires a high level of technical proficiency and requires an individual with strong Windows OS Administration skills, primarily Windows Servers and Desktop Windows like Windows 10 and 11. The role will be responsible for building and maintaining all retail images used by the Global Retail team used in the Store as well as Datacenter. Must be able to build and create new custom OS images for rapid deployment. The role will also requires working closely with Corporate Security and the application team to ensure the Images are up to date with security patches and updates. He/She will also be responsible for testing security patches that is being released monthly to ensure compliance.
Other responsibility includes assisting with diagnosing and troubleshooting OS related issues reported by application support team which are related to software/hardware drivers compatibility and working closely with Domain administrator to maintain Group Policies for the Retail environment. The individual should be customer focused, passionate about the end user experience, enjoys challenging themselves constantly to improve, and empowering the end user community by providing IT knowledge and tools.
