AddressROLES & RESPONSIBILITES :
- Actively contribute in capital raising efforts of portfolio companies
- Supporting senior management in pitches to investor community
- Handling inbound interest from institutional and retail investors
- Reaching out to new potential investors
- Develop presentation slideshows for investor conferences and meetings
- Participate and assist in investor presentations and meetings
- Creating and maintaining database of investor network
- Working with internal teams to ensure that all investor documentation is completed While fund raising is the main role, the candidate may also be required :
- Manage existing portfolio companies
- Evaluate new deals such as strategic acquisitions, divestitures, asset monetization etc.
- Other special projects as and when the need arises.
Other points :
- Type: Full Time - 40 Hours a week.
- Location: Fully Remote
- Timing: Fully flexible, but some calls may be scheduled during US hours.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS :
- Educational qualification in Finance, mandatory.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in investment banking, fund raising is mandatory.
- Exceptional financial modelling skills necessary.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to use social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, Reddit etc.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to talk with investors and maintain the company's image.
- Excellent written communication skills to prepare convincing presentations and reports.
- Detail oriented and have problem solving skills.
- Ability to understand financial reports and study daily financial market happenings.
- Being flexible, proactive, a learner and be able to work within a team.
- Multi-tasking skills.
