Address- Preparation of investor presentation, press release and other communications for investor interactions
- Conducting quarterly earnings call, attending one-on-one investor meetings & conferences with the management
- Prepare and update the key FAQs on a regular basis so that the communication to external stakeholders are updated & uniform
- Managing the stakeholders from both buy side and sell side, addressing the queries, events and disclosures etc
- Create an engagement strategy for the investors, identifying new investors & build relationships
- Ensure that the disclosures are made on a timely manner in line with regulatory requirements / internal disclosures policy
- Track external events & performance of peer companies
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
- Effective oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to efficiently communicate financial results to both financially and non-financially oriented persons
- Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills
- High degree of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
