Sun Infonet Pvt. Ltd. looking for a Manager - Channel Management specializing in Audio Equipment for the Northern Region, Eastern Region, Southern Region. Candidate must have a background in the Pro-Audio Industry (mandatory), be based in or relocate to Delhi for north and be available to join us immediately interested individuals can submit their resumes to hr@sungroup.net or info@sungroup.net.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Supervising the account profiles of channel partners.
- Securing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with designated channel partners.
- Cultivating professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Coordinating the involvement of company (SIPL) personnel, including support, service, marketing, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
- Achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment goals.
- Monitoring competitor activities and facilitating all communications with partners.
- Developing plans to increase market share and communicating channel activities.
- Representing the company's product portfolio to assigned partners, with a potential focus on a specific solution or product set in a partner's vertical market.
- Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Selling through partner organizations to end-users in collaboration with partner sales resources.
- Leading solution development efforts to best address end-user needs.
- Ensuring partners' compliance with partnership agreements.
- Promoting the adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
- Recruiting new qualifying partners, if required and subject to management approval.
- Regular certification in industry-specific tools and technologies.
- Conducting ongoing training programs for partners based on need assessments.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Hold an academic degree in Management from an accredited institution and possess a minimum of 7 years of work experience in a B2B sales environment, specifically in Audio Equipment.
- `Demonstrate mandatory related working experience in the Audio Field.
- Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Exhibit strong teamwork, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Be prepared for extensive travel as part of the role.
- The selected candidate must successfully undergo a background check.
- Be willing to travel across PAN India if necessary.
- Applicants with minimum 7 years of experience in selling Audio Equipment from any well-known Audio Brand are encouraged to apply promptly.
