- Communicating with customers on daily interior work and payment collection
- Manage local ads and marketing to increase sales

- Driving Sales and Customer Service
- Store Staff Training, Review and Management
- Process and SOP management, Proper Tagging of Merchandise
- Managing in store walk-in clients
- Giving product walk through and information
- Communicate to All Personnel Corporate Directives Regarding Store
- New Client Acquisition
- Inventory Management
- Following up on leads and updating CRM systems
- Delivering design presentation to clients assisted by designers
- Weekly and Monthly performance reports to management
- Setting up process to stream line the Showroom day to day work
Requirements
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali
- Dynamic professional with excellent communication skills
- In-depth experience in back-end & front-end retail operations.
- Expertise in functions like Operations, Merchandising, Customer Service, Quality, Inventory Control, MIS, Revenue Generation and Promotional Offers.
- Leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance through effective feedback.
- 3-5 Years of experience in the Furniture/Furnishing/Home Décor/Kitchen Appliances industry.
- Ensure Showroom is Kept to Company Visual Standards
- Resolve All Customer Complaints
- Control of Expenditures
- Oversee Security of Operation
Prior Experience – 3+ Years of Store Manager Experience in Furniture, Interior Design Industry.
