Job Description for Presales Consultant
Roles & Responsibilities:
Requirements gathering from international customers over phone
Devising effective business and technical solutions to the requirements
Closely working with internal teams to prepare the proposal
Managing entire proposal lifecycle including estimations, wire-framing, mockup/POCs etc
Presenting proposal, showing PoC demo to clients and do all it takes to close business
Creating use cases or user stories and handhold project to delivery team
Assisting content writers in creating marketing collaterals like portfolio, case studies etc
Gradually setting up a team and manage the presales/business analysis process
The Ideal candidate:
Be a BE graduate with IT or computer science background
Have minimum 4 year of experience in presales/business analysis in a software services company
Possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with business-related knowledge
Possess the ability to understand international customer needs over the phone and interpret to get output.
Possess significant exposure to various tech stacks in Web, Mobile, UX, AR/VR and Cloud
Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile
Have knowledge of the sales process and marketing dynamics
Be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven analytical skills and strategic thinking
Have a high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation
Added advantage for 6 months to one year of experience in development (coding) using any tech stack
