About the team

WSC is an industrial strength, web-enabled, highly scalable middle and back office, settlement and accounting system supporting organizations in the Capital Markets sector. The WSC team within TAX Business line and are responsible for ensuring that these systems are always available. The successful candidate will work within a Global Team to ensure Production Environments Availability and Compliance across all Environments, Also define monitors and alerts across platforms and insure regular tuning and review. Additionally, the candidate will manage application releases into all Production Environments according to the Change Management process

What you will be doing

• Provide technical support for issues related to clients hosted environments for FIS Tax Reporting Solutions
• Deploy product upgrades/Patches on the clients Production environment
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues
• Coordination between different teams during a production incident / Client On-Boarding
• Design procedures for implementation, system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks, issues resolution scripting.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in similar Job position.
• Work on APAC/EMEA/US shifts and require weekend availability for frequent changes on the system.

What you bring:

• At least 6 years in experience in Sybase ,Unix Working Experience in Production support
• Experience of working in Unix/Linux environment
• Experience of working in database environment (Sybase, MS SQL)
• Strong desktop computing skills – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Advance Shell Scripting
• Sybase Database
• 3rd party tools Management
• CRM (SNOW/Jira/Salesforce etc..)
• Worked on/with System and Application Monitoring tool.
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Troubleshooting Skills
