Vertiv is focusing on overhauling the technology landscape of the Service business by rewriting the application ecosystem needed for our Customer Engineer activities for pre-visit, during the visit, and post-visit activities on the field.
This role is part of the Operations team that will manage the Monitoring, Incident, Change, QA, Release, Performance of the entire application ecosystem with specific expertise on the Google ApiGee and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration layers
Context and activities are international and global in scope, with the need to engage with diverse global functions and cultures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (List the major or most important job duties in order of most important to least important.)
The main job duties:
- Manage the applications integrations
- Monitor the application ecosystem
- Troubleshoot incident
- Ensuring reliability, security, and performance of the app
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and upgrades
- Perform QA for new applications release
- Perform release process (create new application build, …) Update application documentation

- Managers or technical persons in the IT Department

POSITION ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS : (Special conditions required of the job such as travel, driver’s license, physical working conditions.)
Occasional international travel may be required – up to 1 per year.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required.)
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud
- Excellent knowledge of Google ApiGee
- Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructures
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Good knowledge of Jira
- Good knowledge of ITSM processes Knowledge of IT enterprise architecture and applications landscape
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (The minimum education, certification, special training and years of experience required to do a satisfactory job.)
- Preferred Master/Bachelor’s degree with preference for Information Systems or Computer Science as field of study
- 4+ years of experience in the Application Operations having worked with complex 2nd level and 3rd level support
- 2+ years of experience on Digital Content Management
- Google Apigee certification
- Oracle Integration Cloud certification (Preferred) One or more certifications in ITIL, Network and/or IT security
