Job Description:
Deployment of Right Talent
Inputs to TA team on Quality of hires. Critically evaluate external talent to ensure the right hire – cultural evaluation & potential evaluation. Ensure timely hiring
Track hiring for critical positions | Monitor cost of hiring & budgeted HC nos – maintain within budget.
On-boarding of New Hires
Driving People Performance
Drive timely execution of Goal Setting/ ACE Check-In processes. Support leaders by providing coaching and training on processes
Talent Management
Review internal talent through the TRP process – Make suitable recommendations
Implement actions from BPTW scores, report employee pulse and drive employee engagement plan
Support employee development through IDPs – monitor quality of execution and drive a learning culture through the workday
Focus on talent pipeline for critical roles and leadership positions
Drive diversity & inclusion initiatives
Engagement & Culture
Drive people connect initiatives
Ensuring people engagement through penetration of the R & R program
Drive initiatives around the defined culture
Organization Effectiveness
Monitor HR Scorecard for your respective functions
Identify efficiency areas in your respective functions – build interventions around the identified area
Drive Digital HR
Adoption of Goal Setting, ACE, IDP, TRP, PI on workday.
