Title: HR Specialist

Location: Kinfra Techno Industrial Park, Kakkanchery, near Calicut University

Job Description:

Facilitating Culture Transition:

Scope: Implement strategies and programs to smoothly transition from a family-oriented culture to a more structured team culture. This involves understanding the current organizational culture, identifying areas for change, and designing initiatives to promote a more professional, team-oriented environment.

Achievements: Successful integration of a team culture that respects the organization's family roots while fostering professionalism, collaboration, and efficiency.

Quarterly Performance Reviews:

Scope: Develop and manage a structured performance review system to assess employee performance quarterly. This includes creating performance metrics, providing training to managers on conducting effective reviews, and ensuring timely and constructive feedback.

Achievements: Regular and fair assessments leading to increased employee productivity, identification of high performers, and targeted developmental plans.

Time Management and Discipline:

Scope: Implementing systems to track time and attendance including leaders, ensuring adherence to work schedules and deadlines. Develop policies and procedures to maintain discipline and address issues like tardiness or absenteeism.

Achievements: Improved punctuality and accountability, leading to increased overall productivity and a more disciplined work environment.

Learning Management System (LMS) Implementation:

Scope: Evaluate, select, and implement a suitable LMS to streamline learning and development processes. This includes setting up the system, uploading relevant content, and training staff to use it effectively.

Training and Assessment:

Job requirements:

  • Master's in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
