Job Title: Specialist - Accounts Receivable
Location: Pune
About the Role
- Understand the overall account receivable process
- Check and gather appropriate details prior to cash application
- Support the team to complete the daily cash application and maintain the good Accuracy
- Perform daily cash application, Query resolution customers.
- Coordinate with on shore team to resolve queries and complete the task.
- Identify the process challenges and come up with suggestions for improvement.
- Maintain Account receivable trackers as per ISO and ISMS
- Support team members to achieve overall goal and SLA
Role Responsibilities
- Good communication skills;
- The ideal candidate should be a Commerce graduate with excellent Accounting / Finance knowledge; and
- SAP is strongly preferred
- Candidate should be well versed with Excel/google sheet
- Experience in Finance Shared Services for a Global Company a strong plus
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- Commerce Graduate with minimum 2 to 3 years’ Experience in Accounts Receivable Process
- Fluent in English, Verbal, and Writing
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
- Education - B.Com / M.Com/ MBA
