Job Description
We are looking for a Solution Architect/ Technical Architect to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead overall solution architecture and design to modernize legacy billing applications using ORMB product and roll out to different lines of business
- Responsible for Requirement Analysis, Process flow design, FIT-GAP, Solution Design, and development of Blueprint/FSDs/TDDs, managing User Acceptance Testing, Training
- Develop technical and functional designs for inbound and outbound interfaces from ORMB.
- Provide demos and overviews to business stakeholders, get alignment on solution options optimizing cost vs impact.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior designers, developers, and quality engineers.
- Collaborate with other enterprise architects to drive overall solution architecture with partner applications.
- Analyze the current functionality for the application and perform POCs for implementing new features released in new ORMB upgrade releases.
- Troubleshoots and identifies system bugs and inefficiencies within existing systems and develop fixes to support the business requirements.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of overall experience in ORMB/CC&B in the billing and receivable management domain.
- Over 5 years of experience leading ORMB Healthcare implementation as Solution Architect/Technical Architect for leading Healthcare Payors with experience in Fully Insured/ASO/individual business.
- Strong knowledge of ORMB Healthcare Product, Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), Java, and Oracle Database.
- Full life cycle implementation experience in ORMB Healthcare – including development of project scope, end-to-end revenue management and billing business requirements, preparation of functional specification document, gap analysis, product customization, interface design and development, coordination of system and user acceptance testing, and conducting training.
- Domain knowledge and ORMB technical expertise across process areas – Policy/Plan/Membership, Customer Management, Pricing, Billing, Payments, Delinquency, General Ledger/Finance in Healthcare space
- Experience doing Fit Gap analysis, analyzing business requirements, and creating custom solutions in ORMB, functional/technical design documents, and solution blueprints.
- Experience interfacing ORMB with external applications – banks, fulfillment systems, general ledger systems, and online customer portals.
