Job Description

The Program Manager is the individual authorized to lead the team or teams responsible for achieving the objectives of all the projects which are related to the Program. Responsibility Product Strategy: Develop good knowledge of OSS product portfolio to be able to develop the effective software strategy for the account. Customer Engagement: Represent Software discipline along with SW-KAM with Customer discussions. Project Execution and Reporting: Align Software activities across multiple projects for efficient SW releasesResponsible for the SW Audits and ASPICE complianceAccountable for the KPIs and BSCLead SW in PRC-L4 and PRC-L3Conflicts resolution on inter-disciplinary topicsSoftware Development and Execution as per agreed QCDSoftware Delivery Responsible (SDR) for the OEM Key Account Strategy Multi Project Capacity and Budget Planning in alignment with BPImplementing the BE Measures in the Projects including measure for SWPMSoftware strategy and Test strategy – Mainstream , Reuse , Variant ManagementResponsible for preparation and approval of software budget and effort estimationDevelop competency model for project management & customer handling skill Authority Priority decisions between projects inside the accountSW Release Sign OffSW Project Management process changes / waivers Knowledge and Skills Significant experience in embedded SW development with at least 3 years in Project Management Roles

• Strong business and analytical skills, technical affinity with good language skills
• Comprehensive knowledge on automotive and safety standards (Ex. ASPICE, ISO26262, etc...)
• Knowledge on Bosch Product Engineering and Quality Management
• Knowledge on Business plan development and application of product strategies

Requirement

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in project management of a complex multi- location projects
• Certification in Project management (PMP) and Agile methodology is preferred.
• Experience in systems / requirements engineering.
• Good understanding of Engineering processes
• Good written / verbal communication and presentation skills to discuss issues / solutions with team and external customer.
• Ability to structure, moderate and promote collaboration with international teams, negotiate with customer, support global organization.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, innovative thinking.
• Ability to work independently in an organized and structured fashion with strong analytical skills that supports a systematic approach to problem resolution and strong communication skills to discuss issues/challenges with global development teams and external customers.
