- Visibility of the brand, its services and products on social networks are ensured, and aligned with the company’s strategic lines.
- Develop content for the Social Media Campaign like infographics, photos, reels, videos, blog posts etc
- Define KPIs and KRAs for Social Media Campaigns
- Update Social Media content across all channels including but not limiting to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In and Youtube on a daily basis
- Engage with customers and followers
- Monitor campaigns and analyses of data obtained
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Establish relationships and coll abs with Social Media influencers to develop a strong network
- Keep an eye on Social Media trends and make content which is savvy
Requirements
- 4-6 years of prior experience as a Social Media Manager or a SEO and digital marketer role
- Master’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing or related field
- Experience in creating Social Media strategies
- Experience in crafting engaging content infographics, photos, reels, videos, blog posts
- Knowledge of best practices for Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and able to multitask
- Graduate with minimum of 60% scores throughout their academic career
- Candidates having QMS certification would be preferred.
