Job Responsibilities
Analyze client expectations based on previous Social Media activity
Create Social Media campaigns
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and key results indicators (KRAs) for Social Media campaigns
Update Social Media content across all channels
Engage with customers and followers
Use Social Media marketing tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite (mention any Social Media marketing tool that you are currently using or plan to use)
Monitor campaigns and analyses data obtained
Keep track of SEO and online traffic stats.
Develop relationships with Social Media influencers to build a strong network
Develop content or get it done by content developers
Keep an eye on the latest Social Media trends.
Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, especially senior management and content developers
Required Skills:
Experience as a Social Media Manager or in a comparable position (be specific, and include the number of years of experience)
Expertise in developing Social Media campaigns
Understanding of Social Media best practises for sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Create quality content
Organized and capable of multitasking
