The Role
- Own end-to-end technical solutioning and onboarding of new clients
- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, technical challenges and translating these into viable solutions
- Prepare high-quality technical documentation, including proposals, RFP responses, and solution architecture diagrams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to address client needs and enhance product features
- Lead the development and execution of proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and value of our solutions
- The role directly reports to the CEO
The ideal candidate
- Has a CS engineering background with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Has a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Has Proficiency in delivering engaging technical presentations and demonstrations
- Can work collaboratively with sales, product development, and engineering teams to achieve common goals
- Is familiar with AWS and enterprise software solutions, including CRM, ERP, and data analytics
- Is looking to work in a startup environment with steep learning curve
- Is looking to work directly with founders and understand end to end business decision making
