Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and refine the strategic direction for the procurement/ global sourcing division and translate it into actionable project plans. Align project objectives with the overall strategic goals.
- Program Management: Take ownership of the strategic projects owned and managed by you, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling. Coordinate activities across multiple project teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage multiple projects and workflows end-to-end with effective reporting to senior leadership.
- Resource Management: Identify and allocate appropriate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support the successful execution of strategic projects. Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize project outcomes.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively monitor project risks and take necessary actions to minimize their impact on project delivery and outcomes.
