- Bachelors Degree
- 7+ years of experience(or 5+ years post MBA) in HR, talent acquisition, management consulting, project/program management
- MS office skills
- Demonstrable Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Exceptional writing skills, with ability to write succinctly
- Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investment
- Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
- Experience with managing large-scale organizational change

We are looking to hire a talented and committed Sr Program Manager with experience in frontline people strategy and compliance to join the Workforce Staffing (WFS) Team. We are a geographically distributed team, and you would be based in Bangalore and travel as needed to support APAC and MENA.
Key job responsibilities
The successful candidate will work in lock-step with APAC, MENA WFS Operations and stakeholders and work backwards from customers to design, deploy and scale programs and will-
- Have superb business judgment, with attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Have experience of working in highly ambiguous environments and a track record of successful relationship management
- Lead multiple projects to deploy processes/systems and optimize hiring compliance and Social Responsibility agenda for our geographies in APAC, MENA
- Manage End to end projects and programs that involves conceptualization, problem identification, design and implementation
- Work closely with Workforce Staffing managers and vendors across multiple cross functional teams of different sites to pilot and implement programs
- Leads and drives change initiatives and projects, of increasing scale and complexity, through to completion
- Review and reimagine process, policies and practices in hiring and related processes. Implement process changes in collaboration with cross functional teams
- Prepare, analyze and review the key business metrics in a periodic manner and surface the right insights to the leadership via high-quality narratives for making bar raising decisions.
- Ensure compliance to internal policies and laws of the land via regular audits, reviews and implementing corrective measures

- MBA or Equivalent degree in HR or allied subject
- 5+ years post MBA as a HRBP or in program management or in Management consulting
- Exceptional analytical and structured problem solving skills
- Cross-functional project management experience
- Experience in leading multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience of working in a team and influencing teams across geographies
- Work experience for a large-scale operations business such as FMCG, e-commerce, retail or manufacturing
- Experience in Field HR or Operations and understanding of core HR processes a plus
- Experience in leading data-driven decision making using both qualitative and quantitative data
