POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for driving growth for the brand and executing brand strategy, through implementation of brand plans, research, data analysis, retail strategies, digital strategies and driving key campaigns.
- Develop and execute marketing plan for the business in line with business strategy.
- Establish, monitor and streamline brand budgets to meet brand KPIs, in alignment with the operating environment. In-depth analysis of assortment, pricing, competitor analysis, and various other market information. Understand and follow trends in marketing, media, market research, fashion, consumer and the Digital Social domain to execute best practices.
- Develop an annual calendar with campaigns, activations, content, events, influencer pieces. Design and coordinate media campaigns, advertising and all kind of visibility on print, online and social media, and in-store presence.
- Oversee content and communication for data base marketing and CRM online / offline including pdp pages, and photoshoots for e-com, social media, brand.com.
- Build tactical promotions for trade and consumer, and to drive its success metrics. Conduct marketing research to support any required project.
- Develop and launch product packaging designs and all collateral. Find opportunities to maximize the profitability of the business.
- Work with multiple stakeholders - agency partners, internal and external customers.
- Manage team of brand manager and digital content creators.
HIRING PROFILE:
- Postgraduate in marketing from reputed institute with around 6-8 years of prior experience in Brand Management, ideally in Consumer, Beauty, Lifestyle, Retail and Fashion related categories.
- Demonstrated and deep understanding of urban women consumers.
- Strong experience in business analytics, consumer insights development, a solid understanding of core marketing levers - comfort with data and creative.
- Communication development expertise across all media.
- Work with agility and be comfortable with volatility and ambiguity - entrepreneurial in mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, team player.
- Exceptional written and verbal abilities; initiative and follow-through skills.
- Ability to initiate projects, take ownership and push for results.
