- Senior Managed Services Analyst
Summary
- Develops and delivers detailed technology services through Managed Services project activities. (70% support and 30% dev role)
- Responsible for identifying additional product/services opportunities for clients and makes decisions within general parameters under broad supervision.
- Focuses on quality in all aspects of work; follows established standards of excellence.
- Supports problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training and solution deployment.
- Supports and resolves Service Requests using the incident management tool like CSM, SNOW
- Coordinates the routing and handling of Requests For Change to the next level of support under broad supervision.
- Escalates issues relating to product support or product operations to the next level of support.
- Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
- Project management activities include interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
Req
Mandatory Skills
- Strong SQL
- Strong Hands-on experience with MSBI or similar technologies - SSIS/SSRS/SSAS/PBI etc.
- People management experience
Good to have skills
- ASP.Net, Angular and similar development experience.
