Executive/Senior Executive- TP Claims

Job description

• Registrations and Reserve of legal claims
• To empanel Advocates &Investigator and monitor their performance
• Reviewing reserves against all claims and highlight the High Value TP claims
• To keep track of Orphan claims
• Responsible for settlement ratio of Motor TP claims
• Maintaining TAT for a) registration of claims b) Deputation of advocates /investigators c) filing of WS d) Compliance of Court orders e) Final Award F) Filing of appeals
• Maintenance of Files and Documents , folders in proper condition
• To visit local courts for giving evidence on behalf of company & also visiting courts and other forums for settlement of Claims.
• Approving claims as per letter of delegation given
• To strive for compromise settlement

Competencies:-

Legal background

Good at Computer proficiency

Understanding of the subject matter

To be able to handle on a national basis

Good communication skills and negotiation skills

Location :- Kochi

Education & Experience

Must be a Graduate / Post Graduate

Age should not be beyond 38 years

Candidate should be from Legal background , Also preferred candidates those who are working as off roll person in any General Insurance company

Should have minimum 1to 5 years of Domain experience

Must have handled legal position in previous role

Ctc- Up to 4.5 Lakh/ Annum+ Incentives
