AddressJob Objective
The objective of this job is to assist the Senior Consultant, A&C in development, implementation and monitoring of A&C Media Campaigns, thereby spreading awareness and disseminating information about Programs, Projects, Services, and Service Delivery Points with the aim to motivate and empower the target audience. Here audience may be management of the organization, employees, citizens, stakeholders, regulatory bodies, government agencies and departments, and the society as a whole.
Primary Responsibilities:
The person will be responsible for providing assistance in development of Awareness & Communication and Media related strategies for various Government Programs/Projects/Services etc, drafting press releases; Developing media plans; Supervising public relations campaigns; Work in liaison with external agencies for production of videos, advertisements, films, radio jingles, other media components etc; Work closely with media agency teams to ensure focus on media processes and successful implementation of all media plans; Ensure proper delivery of annual Media buying across all media vehicles; track and evaluate agency deliverables; Identify and create new multimedia synergies and opportunities to reach consumers more effectively; Develop and maintain benchmark media processes and improve on them.
He/ She should be able to think laterally, build connections and be a creative thinking person.
A candidate with a curious, broader world view is desirable, with the ability to drive the agenda and collaborate with various cross functional groups, collaborative working style is essential, ability to deliver Projects on time.
Essential:
Post graduate degree in Advertising/Mass Communication/Marketing
