Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Greet clients warmly and attentively, establishing rapport and building genuine connections based on trust, empathy, and a thorough understanding of their individual preferences, tastes, and lifestyle.
- Styling and Wardrobe Consultation: Provide personalized styling and wardrobe consultation services, leveraging your deep knowledge of our brand's collections, fabrics, silhouettes, and design aesthetics to curate bespoke looks that reflect each client's unique personality and enhance their sense of style.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our brand's current and upcoming collections, as well as knowledge of fashion industry trends, emerging designers, and styling techniques, to offer informed recommendations and inspire clients with new ideas and possibilities.
- Clienteling: Proactively reach out to clients to inform them of new arrivals, special promotions, and exclusive events, fostering long-term relationships and cultivating a loyal clientele base through personalized communication and attentive follow-up.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by providing exceptional service, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products, and recommending complementary pieces or accessories to enhance the client's shopping experience.
- Boutique Operations: Assist with day-to-day boutique operations, including inventory management, merchandising, visual presentation, and ensuring the boutique maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal.
- Feedback and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing feedback on product preferences, sizing, fit, and customer experience to inform future collections, marketing strategies, and service improvements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in luxury retail sales, fashion styling, or personal shopping, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style, with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, design aesthetics, and luxury brands.
- Strong sales acumen and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Impeccable presentation and grooming, with a polished and professional demeanor that reflects the brand's image and values.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed, to accommodate client schedules and meet business demands.
