Purpose
The Business Analyst is expected to be able to work on Agile basis and closely with the product owner, development team, and stakeholders to ensure that the Cash Management solution and products meet the needs of the business.

Key Result Areas
Minimum 7+ years of experience in banking and dominant experience in Cash Management in corporate banking
Understanding business objectives, and strategic plans with high capability to comprehend the organization’s goals and problems to be solved.
Crafting user stories and sprints to support the product development
Defining and documenting customer business functions and processes
Domain expert payment market, passionate about translating visions into solutions and contributing to a continuous cutting-edge business and organization customer experience
Identifying, defining and documenting business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of systems access after consulting with functional unit management and personnel
Ensuring the system design is perfectly aligned as per the needs of the users
Participating in user acceptance testing and undertaking the functionality testing of new system
Assisting business to coaching technical and non-business staff on the product intents, business requirements and value to customers.
Developing a training curriculum and conducting formal training sessions covering assigned product module
Acting as a team lead on designated projects or assignments and providing work direction to one or more technical or clerical staff.
Demonstrate the ability to manage stakeholders across functions
Skilled in reviewing SIT, UAT test cases and ensuring all positive and negative functional and non-functional scenarios are covered
Able to guide the business on value-added changes and avoid non-value-added changes with focus on business process transformation
Work closely with Product Owner and Business stakeholders to identify the prioritized backlog items and expand the required user stories in an incremental deliverable
Skilled in MS Office applications word, excel, PowerPoint, visio, Jira or equivalent Confluence
