Responsibilities
• Review account opening forms and other relevant documents for PVT/SME customers• Review, verify and process customer requests for Online banking products and services• Activate and process all types of accounts and Online banking products and services• Adhere to defined SLA and productivity standards• Process cases with 99% accuracy and no escalations
Requirements
• Comprehensive knowledge of PVT/SME Activities and Online Banking Products and Services• Familiarity with banks policies, procedures, and local/international rules and regulations• Ability to handle multiple tasks• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
