- Own and lead product requirements definition and documentation for a product / related group of products within the reporting and analytics domain
- Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities for the product area that you will lead and manage.
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product area assigned to you
- Follow our competitors and the industry.
- Well versed with agile development methodology and maintaining a healthy backlog of clear and concise business requirements for the product area.
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
- Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner.
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
- Work closely with design (UX) teams to build mockups and screens explaining the features and capabilities.
- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
- 2 or more years in Software Industry or as a Product Owner in a customer facing responsibility
- You should have worked with cross-functional execution teams to deliver integrated products
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and grooming business requirements in the form of Epics and User stories
- Ability to use JIRA effectively for planning and backlog management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
