Strong experience in Ops into Risk & Control
MS Access, VBA
- The role holder will be part of the Risk Processes and Control team which is part of Global MSS NFR, ensuring the adequacy and efficacy of the overall control environment.
- The role will be to support the Controls office manage various risk and control tasks for MSS across all locations globally.

What you'll do:
- Support Control owners, Control Officer's and business managers globally in recording and maintenance of RCA's, Issues and Actions, Operational incidents, EUC (End user computing) etc. in the Group's Operational Risk management tool, in line with operational risk framework
- Assist with continuous Monitoring and the Annual Risk and Control Assessment refresh process.
- Assist the business with various standard and ad-hoc reports/meeting packs/updates as required
- Support other specific tasks or projects related to support for the Governance or other initiatives within the Controls Office as directed by management.
- Ensure all queries from stakeholders are dealt with in a complete and timely fashion.
