AddressLockbox Management - S8Serves as a team supervisor for the day-to-day operations for multiple work areas in Lockbox Management. Guides the team and ensures processing deadlines are met. Handles highly critical customer issues that require special attention and resolves the most complex issues in appropriate time frame.Manages the day to day activities of multiple teams of Lockbox Management support staff. Monitors work in process to maximize productivity and quality to meet deadlines and daily goals. Serves as first line supervisor for assignment of tasks. Resolves the most complex Lockbox Management issues. Provides expert understanding of all Lockbox Management areas, processes and equipment. Recommends improvements on processes, procedures and equipment to ensure maximum productivity. Provides on-the-job training and ensures all staff are fully trained.Monitors staff production and quality performance objectives and communicates performance feedback and counseling to associates supervisor/manager. Addresses poor performance through defined progressive disciplinary guidelines. Assists in scheduling, performance feedback to be used by the supervisor or manager in discussion with the employee.Completes all reports as required accurately and timely.Assists Shift Supervisors/Manager in leadership duties, such as workflow execution, assisting junior lockbox administrators, quality control activities and other senior operator duties as assigned.Serves as a supervisor for multiple team(s) of Lockbox Management support staff May be responsible for specific supervisory review and approval actions.Responsible for the quality and completion of own work. Helps develop and contributes to the achievement of team objectives.High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors degree preferred. 12 plus years of total work experience preferred Supervisory experience preferred. Experience in remittance processing is preferred..
