Description of Role

We are looking for a career-minded professional with global perspective to join as a Senior Associate the AIP for Data Management Function in Mumbai

Key responsibilities

As part of the AIP Data Management Team and reporting to the Head of the Data Management team locally, the individual is responsible for the following –

1. Collect, analyze and update the Hedge Funds information for the Investment team

2. Work with the Investment team on a regular basis for the resolution of queries

3. Implement and guide best practice in the completion of high quality, timely deliverables.

4. Work on coaching the team members to with regards to the team deliverables.

5. Implement and set up the new requests made in the system by the Investment team.

6. Implement the best practices for the team as guided by the local and global stake holders.

7. Improving the efficacy of processes in place and drive automation processes

Experience and Skills

1. In depth knowledge of the global Investment Management industry.

2. Strong attention to details and time management skills.

3. Ability to communicate across multiple teams.

4. Effective, proactive communicator with exceptional English writing and public-speaking skills

Key responsibilities

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. 4-5 years of experience in the Financial/ Hedge Fund Industry
