Job Description

• Utilize the Cvent tool to plan, organize, and execute events seamlessly.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and on-site coordination.
• Ensure a flawless attendee experience through strategic planning and execution.
• Provide executive-level support to key stakeholders, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and communication coordination.
• Act as a liaison between executives and other teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand their event requirements and expectations.
• Maintain clear and open communication channels to address concerns, gather feedback, and provide regular updates on event progress.
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts, ensure deliverables meet expectations, and manage overall vendor relationships.
• Evaluate and onboard new vendors based on event requirements and organizational standards.
• Develop and implement event programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Oversee multiple events simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in future events.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 1 year related experience.

Requirements:

• 4 - 7 years of experience in event management , cvent tool or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing events using the Cvent tool.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Previous experience in executive support and working with high-level executives.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in program management and a results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in event management.
