Duties and Responsibility
Overseeing, managing and planning overall fiscal AOP, budgeting and charter of the organization.
Manage all aspects of fiscal prudence, cash flow, taxation and books audit etc
Advances the fiscal agenda with structural fiscal planning to pave the path to profitability, improving bottom line and 
bookkeeping with the help of software such as Zoho Books.
Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
Risk assessment reportage and regular trigger to offset threats in fiscal domain.
Analyzing complex financial data, identifying issues, and developing creative solutions to optimize financial
performance.
Working well with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
Being flexible and open to change in a dynamic financial landscape, adjusting strategies and approaches as needed.
Manage and mentor team for delivering excellence and do more in their personal and professional domain.
Ensuring direct and indirect tax compliances of the organization. This includes GST returns, income tax and TDS
calculations.
Qualification:
1. Master's degree in finance/accounting or related (essential) with excellence in academics.
2. 3-5 years of work experience in Finance domain
Required Skills:
1. Strong quantitative and analytic skills.
2. Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
3. A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
4. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulation.
