What you will be doing:
You will help us build India's top community of future marketing and sales stars! You'll spearhead engagement efforts, create great content, run online events, connect with industry leaders, manage feedback, all while supporting brand growth and fostering strong community bonds. Community Engagement and Growth Own the Kraftshala referral program Build products and channels for ensuring active conversations with the community Work closely with product teams to build loops within the program experience to activate and engage users Monitor and report on the effectiveness of community engagement efforts. Lead efforts to enhance the user experience with automatic communications, channel management, and personalized content in line with the learning map. Design and execute online and offline events for engaging users
Content Design and Execution Build and share student stories Create a micro network of creators from within the community Amplify the stories to help the creators get more visibilityCurate & disseminate engaging content through emails, blog posts, newsletters, and announcements to keep the community informed, engaged, and connected. Celebrate student achievements and milestones to foster a sense of accomplishment and motivation. Key Requirements: Keen interest in Marketing and building communities. Experience would be a plus, although not a must have. Knack for creating shareable social content Excellent communication & presentation skills; confident in engaging with users/alumni. Passion for learning and growing communities which are focused on adding value Passionate for bringing changes to education to drive real impact in students lives and not just give them another certificate / degree Ability to build meaningful relationships What is the recruitment process: As a small team (~65 folks), it’s imperative that we get to know each other before taking the leap. We want to ensure you succeed in your role within our team. Each conversation with us will last about 30-60 minutes. Typically the whole process takes between 7 - 15 business days depending on your and our schedules. The process will occur over video calls, so don’t worry about travel. Skill Assessment Task: You will be given a task to solve problems in the context of the role you are being hired for Technical Interview: A telephonic conversation with your marketing team to assess you on your work, problem-solving and user centricity Culture fit Interview: A telephonic conversation to ensure that there is a fit with the Kraftshala Kode. Extending an offer: If all goes well, we will extend an offer mentioning the relevant details. Compensation: You will receive 10k INR / month stipend with a chance to get confirmed in a full-time community and growth role Your salary, if confirmed as a full-time resource post the internship, will be 5 LPA with a 90-10 split between fixed and variable Other benefits include flexible holiday schedules, access to mentors from across the industry, and a library of books and courses to further your professional/personal life.
