Roles & Responsibilities
- Build analyse and report on revenue of various offerings of the BU
- Assist in pricing calculations for various segments and products and ensure alignment of various sales teams to the same
- Work with marketing teams to ensure that the right sales enablement collaterals are created and available for the sales teams
- have a finger on the latest competitor developments and assist marketing and sales team in insights on the same
- work closely with the finance team on reconciliations and reporting for timely closure of books
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a program manager / Sales Operations role in any industry
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics to drive informed decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
