We’re looking for an energetic and driven professional who would be responsible for developing new business development avenues for Automotive Aftermarket Business through Value Added Services (Detailing solutions). We’re looking for an energetic and driven professional whose key responsibilities would be: • Handling of Distributors in respective area • Working closely with distributors for customer conversion and engagement of Bodyshop customer • Engagement with OEM Regional Teams • Responsible for Customer training program • Working on expansion of retail business in assigned territory • Monitoring and Hand holding off roll Staff for daily activity & lead generation • Forecasting, Business Planning and Marketing • Channel Expansion • Ensure Commercial Policy is followed by the distributor Skills we’re looking for: · Networking, Planning and organizing · Market Intelligence · Result orientation · Communication/Presentation Skills · Problem solving · Negotiation Education/Experience: B Tech in Automobile/Mechanical, MBA (optional) and at least 2 years handling sales and distributor. Exposure to any automotive aftermarket component sales would be ideal.
