We’re looking for an energetic and driven professional whose key responsibilities would be: • Handling of Distributors in respective area • Working closely with distributors for customer conversion and engagement of Bodyshop customer • Engagement with OEM Regional Teams • Responsible for Customer training program • Working on expansion of retail business in assigned territory • Monitoring and Hand holding off roll Staff for daily activity & lead generation • Forecasting, Business Planning and Marketing • Channel Expansion • Ensure Commercial Policy is followed by the distributor Skills we’re looking for: · Networking, Planning and organizing · Market Intelligence · Result orientation · Communication/Presentation Skills · Problem solving · Negotiation Education/Experience: B Tech in Automobile/Mechanical, MBA (optional) and at least 2 years handling sales and distributor. Exposure to any automotive aftermarket component sales would be ideal.
