Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Baramati for a Sales Officer. The Sales Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with sales operations including lead generation, channel sales, customer service, and communication, Distributors sales team handling & distributor sales management.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and Channel Sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience working in the dairy or food industry is a plus
- Handling Distributor network experience is advantage
