Location: Noida Sector- 129 (Uttar Pradesh- 201304)
Job description:
1. Acquisition of new clients in the MSME category by visiting suitable locations for business generation
2. To generate leads independent of branches by interacting with various Industry Associations, Export Houses, Organising SME camps, Industries visits etc., and convert these leads into proposals
3. To liaise with the identified prospective clients for ostentation of completed application forms along with all necessary applicable documents, as per comprehensive checklist. This is also applicable for leads that are sourced by the Branch Manager independent of the Relationship Manager.
4. To update all leads in the leads management system on a daily basis
5. Any other roles that may be assigned by the Company as applicable.
6. Build and lead a high performing sales team by providing strong, experience-led mentorship
7. Develop a team through continuous up-skilling & training programs, thereby building capabilities.
8. Develop and monitor client retention strategies for region
9. Providing necessary in-house & On-field training and guidance to team members.
