This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Anand, Gujarat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also work closely with our marketing and production teams to drive sales growth. Qualifications
- Sales and marketing experience in the agricultural or organic industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to lead and manage a sales team
- Good knowledge of organic farming and agriculture
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field
- Knowledge of Hindi and Gujarati is a plus
- Willingness to travel within India
