Sales Manager (Software IT)
- Identify and target potential enterprise clients through strategic market research, networking, and lead-generation activities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for ongoing sales efforts.
Client Engagement:
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, HR leaders, and L&D professionals, to gain insights into their organizational challenges and training requirements.
- Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Smartonsite's solutions.
Solution Selling:
- Effectively communicate the benefits of Smartonsite's training programs in addressing the specific needs of enterprise clients.
- Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to tailor solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Drive the sales process from initial contact through contract execution and closure.
Account Management:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights for continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (an MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in the ed-tech or training industry.
- Strong understanding of the engineering education landscape is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
