Job description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Fully responsible for all aspects of the assigned Sales Territory.
  • Dealer Management / Distributor management, Channel Sales Management for Gear Box, Lubricant, Bearing Industry.
  • Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities in Process Industries
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals for new business and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Develop strategies to achieve business goals of Process Industries
  • Coordination and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies
  • Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics
  • Adhere to daily & monthly responsibilities of MIS
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
  • New business development with assigned customers
  • Seeking out new customers for business expansion.
  • Forecasting of the Business for the accounts being handled.
  • Knowledge of application based technical specifications of customers.
  • Cross cultural relationship management and should be familiar with demography.
  • Strategic planning and building up short- and long-term business plans.
