Responsibilities:-
1. Responsible for Corporate & Travel Agent Roosm Sales of the Hotel.
2. A clear understanding of the Hotel's business strategies and then set goals to achieve those goals.
3. Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase Sales.
4. Implement all Sales action plans related to market areas as outlined in the Marketing plan.
5. Conduct daily Sales calls.
Job Requirements
Requirements:-
1. Participate in Sales Calls with members of the Sales Team to acquire new business.
2. Work closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiationsto meet the financial needs of the Hotel.
3. Attending all department and Hotel meetings as necessary.
4. Acquiring and Developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
5. Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients.
