Key Deliverables:

  • 2-3 years proven track record related to Telesales, Field operations & Outbound Telesales.
  • Belief in outcome & value based selling ideally within Telecom industry.
  • Strong business acumen, accomplished at solving business problems, strategic thinking and ability to understand broader business implication of decisions. Promoting a vision that resonates within the organization and with your customers.
  • Strong communicator - clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong in collaboration - collaborating with all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated, intellectually curious and resourceful are terms others describe you as.
  • Multi-tasking skills to prioritize in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Manage a team of Telesales executives & field workforce
  • Develop, execute, and monitor the outbound lead strategy to optimize and maximize contacts to drive sales with strong list yield and penetration.
  • Actively conduct weekly call monitoring to determine performance gaps and provide feedback to individual Supervisors and Telesales Representative.
  • Lead and define operational efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Partner with Operations to develop and deliver ongoing training for telesales executives which result in strong and effective sales skills bench strength.
  • Identify and implement ways to increase productivity and performance of the Center.
  • Design and execute programs and practices that motivate and recognize employees.
  • Support recruitment and training efforts to develop and retain a strong sales force. Ensure all team vacancies are forecasted and backfilled rapidly and training is scheduled.
  • Effectively utilize operational processes, data, reports and programs to maximize department, campaign and individual results.
  • Interface with other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Handle escalations as required within a 24 hour SLA and sooner if required by management.
