Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our team at 31 PARALLEL IT & BPO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Sales Executive - Travel, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our travel products and services. This is a full-time position based in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a strong sales and negotiation ability
- Passionate about the travel industry and knowledgeable about popular destinations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using travel booking software and MS Office suite
- Fluent in English and any additional language is a plus
- Willingness to travel when required
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell travel products and services to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel requirements
- Provide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries to meet individual needs
- Arrange travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and competitors' offerings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials
- Attend travel trade shows and events to network and generate leads
