Should have excellent communication & presentation skills
Will be responsible for handling the sales and operations of Outbound Tours; coordinating with suppliers abroad / India for rates and confirmation of bookings.
The Candidate will require to do contracting & negotiating rates with suppliers & design itineraries
Should have the experience of handling outbound operations
Should have good relationships within the industry (hotels / airlines / embassies etc.) and suppliers abroad
Must possess understanding of the complete cycle of the process, visas, ticketing and also should be able to coordinate with the accounts department for payments / remittances
Should be aware of systems like GTA, Tourico, Travco, DOTW, etc
Good knowledge of destinations, agents & hotels
Hands on experience on Amadeus
