Responsibilities
• Handle sales and purchase transactions efficiently through phone calls and WhatsApp• Generate and manage Sales orders, Invoices, and Purchase orders• Enter Money Transaction and Accounting details to the software• Proactively call potential customers, showcasing Packy's products, and converting leads into loyal clients.• Implement a customer-oriented selling approach, understanding and addressing customer needs• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships
Requirements
• Skilled in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing• Basic Accounting skills• Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory• Proficiency in Hindi and Tamil is an advantage• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Accounting Software
