Job Description:
International Voice Process Working from customer lists and/or databases, making outbound calls to existing customers/ new prospects to qualify leads and sell products and service contracts.
Speaking with Key Decision Makers /influencers to promote the services (Owners and GMs of the properties).
Emphasize features and benefits of represented products/services, provide accurate quotes, and determine appropriate escalation point to provide solutions to customer issues.
Maintaining day to day task database and reporting to the concerned authority.
Co-ordinating with Accounts Personnel for estimates and Invoice related updates.
Co-ordinate with USA team and Client for delivery of products and services.
Proactively update the in-house technical support team regarding client details, delivery and installation schedules resulting in a smooth onboarding experience.
Should perform a timely courtesy call to all the respective clients and verify the standard of services and grievances.
Skills Required:
Should be able to work in harmony with other team members.
Excellent Communication Skills in English.
Willingness to work in the Night shift. (5 days working)
