Job Description
As a Immigration Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and placing IT consultants on projects with clients/Prime Vendors. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Place IT candidates available on Bench with Prime Vendors / Clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with Prime Vendors and candidates through phone calls, emails, and networking events.
Work with Prime Vendors on their requirements and submit candidates who match those requirements.
Negotiate rates and contract terms with candidates and clients.
Manage candidate submissions, interviews, and feedback from clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
