- Give importance to teamwork and collaboration to strategise and execute the perfect plan with effective marketing tactics that convert leads and allow reaching sales targets.
- Mentor sales representatives in the team in ways to meet sales objectives, which also must be defined by the Sales Executive.
- Provide sales and financial reports to the senior sales manager weekly or monthly.
