Shift Timings – 11:30 am/ 12:00 / 12:30 pm IST – 8:30 pm/ 9:00 pm/ 9:30 pm IST

Role – Business Analyst (CL9)

Key responsibilities:

1. Change management – work with onshore and offshore ops teams and automation team to understand the changes being proposed through ideation, continuous improvement and track regular progress on each. Understand the impact of the changes to help prioritize the changes to land formally within offshore or with automation team. 
2. MI & reporting – data visualization on volume trends, productivity, accuracy of operations team using PowerBI, to draw attention on actionable insights for ops performance improvement. Reporting on all changes and their status, MI on customer impact, Reports for sprint reviews
3. Team collaboration – work with data engineers, Technical SME, PowerApp automation & WFM analytics team to understand customer journeys, volume patterns and automation strategies to create more data visualization opportunities and convert them into PowerBI dashboards, insights, business intel, etc.
4. Process Mapping – Understand process step by step (as-is) to record within VISIO tool for understanding of the process / product flow. Capture re-engineering ideas to share future (to-be) state process maps with onshore team for approval / sign off on the ideas.

Skillsets:
Experienced in structuring / creating PowerBI dashboards and storyboards for sprint reviews.
Knowledge on MI & reporting using PowerBI (mandatory) using SQL (added advantage)
Knowledge and experience of VISIO to design and record the process steps.

Qualification:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus

2+ years of experience in Banking domain and tools like Visio for process map

ping

1+ years of hands-on experience with MS excel / PowerBI for data visualization. 
SQL knowledge desired not mandatory
